About this trip

A 1750 km, 8 day epic ride through southern Morocco. A condensed blend of landscapes, magic moments and discoveries. An original and exclusive itinerary where you take the time to appreciate each stage. After an initial stopover on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, you'll discover the different facets of the South, the mountains (High Atlas and Anti Atlas), the desert (Chegaga dunes) and the canyons (Dadès and Todra). 

you will explore each region in depth. No rush, no marathon stages, just days of pure riding and moments of sharing that will remain engraved in your memories.

Exploring Marrakech, Welcome Dinner, Tour Briefing

After your transfer to the hotel, this first day is devoted to acclimatisation, administrative formalities and a general briefing on the tour. The earlier you arrive in Marrakech, the more time you will have to explore Jemaa El Fena square and its lively streets.  Welcome dinner.

Marrakech - Essaouira 190 Km

First half day riding. We get used to the bikes and Moroccan traffic. Easy ride through light hills and Argan Trees fields. As we approach Essaouira, the sea breeze and dunes herald our arrival on the Atlantic coast, where we end the day exploring the historic medina and the traditional harbor.

Essaouira - Taroudant 260 Km

Leaving Essaouira, following the Atlantic coast with its spectacular beaches and cliffs. After a lunch break on the beach, we leave the coast behind to cross the plains of Souss, Morocco's vegetable garden, before reaching Taroudant, at the foot of the High Atlas Mountains.

Taroudant - Ait benhaddou 270 Km

From Taroudant to Aït Ben Haddou, ride through the heart of Morocco’s argan country, discovering the ancient craft behind its precious oil. Then climb through the dramatic landscapes of Taliouine and Tazenakht, where red valleys, volcanic mountains and remote Berber villages lead you to the legendary Aït Ben Haddou.

Ait Benhaddou - M'hamid 240 Km

From Aït Ben Haddou to M’Hamid El Ghizlane, follow the legendary Draa Valley through Ouarzazate, Agdz and Zagora, riding between ancient kasbahs, palm groves and dramatic desert landscapes. As the road fades into the Sahara, reach M’Hamid — the gateway to the great dunes, where the real desert adventure begins. Diner under the stars, night in a desert camp, … let the magic begins !

M'hamid Desert Day

A day to slow down and experience the Sahara, from the remote dunes of Chigaga to the desert village of M’Hamid. Explore the dunes by 4x4, visit remote desert communities and meet local people — or simply unwind by the pool and enjoy the silence. No riding today, just pure desert, freedom and unforgettable moments.

M'hamid - Boumalne Dades. 260 Km

After a day of pure desert freedom, we get back on the GS and ride from M’Hamid through Zagora and the spectacular landscapes of Nkob. We then tackle the legendary Tizi n’Tazazert, a remote mountain pass leading us back into the High Atlas and the dramatic Dades Valley. A big riding day, full of contrasts, winding roads and unforgettable scenery.

Canyon Loop 200 Km

From Boumalne Dadès, the road winds its way up through the Dadès gorges before reaching Msemrir and then Agoudal, perched at over 2,000 metres in the heart of the rugged and majestic High Atlas. Spectacular roads, lined with deep gorges and ochre stone villages. The descent to Aït Hani reveals an unspoilt wilderness, before joining the impressive Todra gorges, with their vertiginous walls. After a break in the lively oasis of Tinghir, the loop comes to an end with the scenic road back to Boumalne. A day of total immersion between peaks, canyons and Berber culture.

Boumalne Dadès - Marrakech. 320 Km

Early departure for our last riding day, heading ouarzazate before continuing towards Telouet, the road becomes more winding, passing through small Berber villages nestling in the mountains. The kasbah of Telouet, former palace of the Lords of Glaoui, is a must for exploring this architecture rich in history. The climb to the Tichka Pass, the high point of the day, offers breathtaking views over the valleys and peaks of the Atlas Mountains before the gradual descent back to Marrakech, marking the end of a wonderful adventure combining mountain scenery, culture and history..
